During the Marching season each member of the band fine tunes motor skills and develop their instrumental abilities through the performance of music and marching drill outdoors. In addition to half-time performances at all home varsity football games, the Burton High School Marching Band performs at pep rallies, parades, concerts and Bay Area competitions.

The marching band is a high intensity activity that cultivates both physicality and musicality of each student. They're the most visual aspect of the band program and boosts the musical side of Burton pride!
